By the Arakawa River

You over look from one of the bridges crossing the Arakawa River. The river travels far from the north, and empties its water in the bay. Numerous bridges and highways cross this larger river at points farther north. Apartment buildings litter the surrounding areas, especially to the west and south. The Gulfway can be reached toward the SE.
