There's not much I can tell you about this game, in fact I haven't even played it. But I received an email from Seiger M.G. about it along with the games files (see links below). He says the game is designed for the PC Engine HU Card and there is an emulator for it here. There is also some work being done on an english translation (see screen shots below) as the game is originally in japanese. Matthew Le France has done some work on the translation and when I asked him about it he sent the following reply:

I would ask that you please do not host the translated version of the ROM, but the original Japanese one, and do not host the translation patch but provide a link to the translation patch when it is released. The patch will likely be hosted at RHDN and probably at http://www.pcedev.net/ also. As of right now the patch is not yet available, but my work on the project is finished. I don't know when the patch will be released, hopefully not too long from now. A link to my site and pcedev.net would be appreciated. As for the format, I assume it will be a NINJA format patch, or maybe a IPS patch or both - Matthew Le France - 17/07/07
