Among the hustle and bustle of city life in MegaTokyo, a small region of the
Chinese culture is alive and well. Chinatwo, MegaTokyo-style, encompasses a small
portion of Yokohama, But, don't let its physical size fool you. It is rich in
sights, smells, and sounds of things that are distinctively Chinese. Visit the
numerous restaurants (gourmet and fastfood), antique shops, clothing stores,
produce stands, and street vendors that will easily satisfy your itch for that
which is Chinese. But, don't let the spirit of the neighborhood cloud your
senses. It is still part of a city, and the slums surrounding Chinatown do not
help curb crime and disorder that occasionally filters into the streets. Enjoy
yourself, but be careful.
