The old main highway of Mega Tokyo has broken off here. A large
cliff appears on the edge of the road. The great earthquake of
2025 shook all of Mega Tokyo and created a large depression in
the ground running from the bay, all the way west to the outer
edge of the city. Looking up, you can see the broken edge of
an old major highway with pipes and twisted cables hanging off the
edge of the cliff. Now, mainly factories and dump sites are
located in the fault region. However, one important and secret
building is here, Raven's Garage.
