This tall structure is one of the buildings used for Boomer development and
research. Genom Company Limted has isolated this building, from the rest
of Mega Tokyo, by placing it in the middle of an artifical square lake.
Extremely tight security inside and outside as well as strong walls and fences
protect the buidling. Blastproof ceramics were used in the construction of
the walls. Inside information has stated that tests and construction of Boomer
prototypes occur in this facility. There are even rumors of the design for
a Super Boomers. All attacks on the building have resulted in failures.
