This is one of Genom's branch research facilities. It is located near the
Genom Combat Boomer Factory and Warehouse. This was the location where a super
boomer was being created that had the mysterious black box integrated into it's
systems. Apparently, this black box allowed the super boomer to control the
orbital particle beam satellites. Unfortunately, during the first initial
tests, the super boomer exploded killing most of the researchers working on
its construction.
